French Translator

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate technical documentation, user guides, website content, and marketing materials from

  English to French

  .
• Ensure translations maintain the meaning, tone, and technical accuracy of the source content while adapting it appropriately for the French-speaking audience.
• Collaborate with technical writers, editors, and product teams to produce high-quality, localized documentation.
• Proofread and edit translated materials for accuracy, fluency, and consistency in terminology.
• Work with the localization and content teams to maintain translation glossaries and style guides.
• Ensure all translations align with Syncfusions branding, quality, and documentation standards.

Requirements:

• Excellent written proficiency in

  French and English

  - written fluency is mandatory; spoken fluency in French is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with

  technical or developer-focused documentation

  and marketing content translation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, clear, and consistent translations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with

  translation tools

  (such as SDL Trados, MemoQ, or similar) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in translating

  software documentation, UI strings, product manuals, or API guides

  .
• Understanding of

  marketing and localization

  best practices for websites and product promotions.
• Strong research and comprehension skills to grasp technical concepts quickly.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum of 60% in all academics (HSC mandatory).
• Graduates between 2021 and 2024
• No gaps of any kind.

Qualification:

French language, translation studies, linguistics

Experience:

1 to 3 years of experience
