Job Title: Export Marketing Executive Position Type: Contract Location: Hyderabad Industry: Natural Stone / Granite / Export Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and communicative Export Marketing Executive to strengthen client relationships, manage orders and payments, and coordinate export processes between international clients and our Indian operations team. This role requires regular travel, strong English communication, and a clear understanding of client requirements to ensure seamless export operations. Key Responsibilities: 1.Market Research & Client Mapping Identify market potential and gain a thorough understanding of all clients and the size of the market. 2.Client Relationship Management Meet new clients to expand business opportunities. Maintain regular contact with existing clients, take repeat orders, and foster long-term relationships. 3.Order & Payment Coordination Follow up consistently for payments from all clients. Inform clients in advance about container arrivals and share pending payment statements. 4.Cross-Functional Coordination Act as a communication bridge between the Indian office and the client’s office for timely document exchange and payment processing. Understand the total material requirement of each client and update the Indian team accordingly for better service. 5.Post-Delivery Support Address and resolve any quality or shipment issues after container unloading by coordinating with the Indian team. 6.Client Visits & Travel Travel regularly to meet clients; stay on-site as needed for stronger engagement and order finalization. 7.Communication Maintain professional and fluent communication with clients in English—both written and verbal. Requirements: Prior experience in export marketing or international client handling preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Strong coordination and follow-up skills. Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients when required. Basic understanding of natural stone/granite products (preferred but not mandatory).
