Job Description

Role Overview: As a fluent French and English speaker, you will be responsible for translating technical documents and handling communication with customers in French. Additionally, you will manage technical communication with customers, crosscheck and send emails, and share workload with coordination teams. Key Responsibilities: - Translate technical documents and input emails & queries from the team - Manage technical communication with customers in French - Send emails after crosschecking with the production team - Share workload within the on/offshore coordination teams and take over responsibility with experience Qualifications Required: - Fluency in French (B1, B2, or C1 from Max Muller Bhavan / Goethe Zentrum or equivalent) - Fluency in English (C1 or equivalent) - Minimum 2 years of work experience in customer communication (speaking/writing), technical documentation/emails in English/French - Basic knowledge in the telecom domain, specifically in the planning and design of fixed lines will be an added advantage (Note: No additional details about the company were mentioned in the job description),
