Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Hyderabad Area for a Freight Forwarding Sales position. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing customer accounts, coordinating export processes, handling freight forwarding and transportation services, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include managing client relationships, processing shipment documentation, negotiating rates, and ensuring efficient freight transport solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Forwarding and Export processes
• Customer Service skills, particularly within the logistics industry
• Knowledge of Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation services
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
