Shram Logistics Solutions is a full-service 3PL organization servicing the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service while efficiently expediting and moving our clients' goods. Our services include LTL (Less than Truck Load), truck load, and specialized shipments such as dry, refrigerated, frozen, drayage, containers, hazardous materials, as well as warehousing and cold storage. We also offer scheduling and routing of customer orders to optimize logistics processes.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freight Broker located in Delhi, India. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics operations, including coordinating freight shipments, negotiating with carriers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Responsibilities also include maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers, providing excellent customer service, and mitigating any transportation issues that arise.

Timings: 5:30PM - 2:30AM

Qualifications

• Skills in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage
• Expertise in Customer Service and Account Management
• Experience in Dispatching
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred (Not Mandatory)
