Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker located in Mohali, India. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight brokerage operations, providing exceptional customer service, dispatching, and account management. Day-to-day tasks include adding new clients, coordinating shipments, negotiating rates with carriers, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and troubleshooting logistics issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Min 6 months experience as a Freight Broker
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
