Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Freight Broker based in the Mohali district, with the ability to work from home part of the time. Day-to-day tasks will include managing freight brokerage activities, providing exceptional customer service, dispatching, and account management. The Freight Broker will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. Qualifications Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills Customer Service skills Dispatching and Account Management skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in logistics software and tools Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is preferred Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
