The location of the job is in Mohali 67, offering US Shifts with a 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday) along with cab facilities. The salary package goes up to 65k, complemented by substantial incentives. To be eligible for this position, you should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in US Freight brokerage within the logistics industry. Your responsibilities will include prospecting and cold calling potential shippers to secure freight contracts, establishing and nurturing a robust pipeline of prospective clients, negotiating pricing, contracts, and service terms, and collaborating effectively with the dispatch and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The role also requires excellent communication skills and prioritizes candidates who can join immediately.
