Job Description

Balaji Logistics is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced and driven Freight Brokers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the logistics industry, can manage a book of business, and is hungry to grow with a fast-moving, performance-based company.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers
Manage full-cycle freight brokerage operations (negotiation, booking, tracking)
Utilize TMS & DAT tools efficiently for daily prospecting and follow-ups
Ensure on-time pickups/deliveries and resolve issues as they arise
Meet monthly targets and support team goals

✅ Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in OTR, Drayage, or LTL freight brokerage
Existing book of business is a huge plus
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Familiarity with DAT, TMS systems
Self-driven, target-oriented, and a team player
