LiftUp Logistics is expanding its US trucking operations and looking for experienced Freight Brokers who can bring in and manage freight independently. If you know how to build shipper relationships, move loads, and negotiate profitable rates , this role gives you the freedom to earn directly from the revenue you create. You will manage the full freight cycle – from securing loads to successful delivery – while maintaining strong relationships with shippers and carriers. 🧾 Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers Secure and manage loads (van/reefer/flatbed/step deck or as per your expertise) Negotiate freight rates to maximize profit and client satisfaction Coordinate pickup, transit, and delivery of loads Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients and carriers Resolve issues, delays, or disputes in a professional manner Maintain proper documentation and records of all loads and transactions ✅ Requirements Proven experience as a Freight Broker / Dispatcher / Carrier Sales Rep in the US trucking market Knowledge of US lanes, equipment types, load boards, and freight terminology Existing shipper or carrier connections are a big plus Good English communication skills (spoken & written) Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently Laptop/PC, stable internet, and calling setup 💰 Commission & Earnings Commission / percentage is directly linked to the revenue you generate Higher revenue = higher percentage and higher income No earning limit – your performance decides your payout Purely commission-based role , ideal for high performers who want uncapped income 📨 How to Apply If you’re a performance-driven Freight Broker who wants freedom, flexibility, and revenue-based earnings , we’d love to connect. 📩 Send your CV to: HR@LIFTUPLOGISTICS.COM
