Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage carrier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Coordinate with shippers, consignees, and carriers to resolve issues related to freight forwarding.
Process shipment details accurately and efficiently using US operations knowledge.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding shipment status updates.
Maintain organization skills by keeping track of multiple shipments simultaneously.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
Comfortable working night shift (5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST).
