Job role: We are hiring freight brokers to support our US logistics operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of BPO/KPO experience who have strong communication skills and a passion for learning fast-paced logistics operations. You will coordinate freight movement between shippers and carriers and help build strong business relationships in the US market.

Job details:

• Position: Dispatch Coordinator (CMT)
• Experience: Freshers to 3 years of experience (relevant experience in US Logistics)
• Education: +2, Diploma, Bachelor's
• Location: Sec-74 Mohali
• Package: 25k - 80k CTC
• Full-time, Work from office
• 5 days working, US Shifts

Required skills:

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of US transportation, freight movement, lanes, load boards, and brokerage operations.
• Negotiation and strong convincing skills
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• High confidence, curiosity, and learning attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple loads in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with TMS, CRM tools, load boards, and tracking portals.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and book loads with US-based carriers, dispatchers, and owner-operators.
• Ensure on-time pickup and delivery by coordinating schedules with shippers and carriers.
• Track and monitor load status from pickup to delivery; resolve delays, breakdowns, or exceptions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, drivers, and shippers.
• Use load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) to find capacity and update shipment details.
• Negotiate competitive rates for full truckload (FTL), less-than-truckload (LTL), and reefer/dry van shipments.
• Maintain accurate load records, carrier details, rate confirmations, and documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely updates on load status.
• Ensure compliance with US transportation guidelines, safety rules, and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing, documentation, PODs, and load closures.

• Margin per load (profitability)
• On-time pickup and delivery rate
• Carrier retention and satisfaction
• Customer satisfaction
• Accuracy of documentation and updates
