Role Overview:

Lead Videographer

• Cinematic event walkthroughs

• Vertical-format brand reels (9:16)

• Executive interviews (multi-cam, mic'd audio)

• Networking highlights (low-light event coverage)

• B-roll of machines, product demos, ambience

2 full days

• Day 1: 11th September

   – India Expo Mart (9 AM–5 PM) + Jaypee Hotel (7 PM–9:30 PM)

• Day 2: 12th September

   – Expo coverage & industrial reels (9 AM–4 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate 

  DSLR/Mirrorless full-frame cameras (Sony/Canon/Blackmagic preferred)

• Capture 

  high-resolution video footage (HD/4K)

   with clean audio
• Set up 

  lighting and sound equipment

   for sit-down interviews
• Use 

  gimbal/shoulder rig/monopod

   for cinematic movement shots
• Coordinate with Creative Director for 

  real-time shotlist execution

• Log, label, and back up footage responsibly (SSD/HDD)
• Deliver 

  raw + selected clean edits

  , with footage organized in folders by shoot segments

Who We’re Looking For:

2–5 years

manual camera settings

framing, symmetry, composition, movement

✅ Great attitude, self-starter, punctual and respectful at high-profile events

Nice to Have:

• Experience filming at expos, exhibitions, or conferences
• Knowledge of 

  audio capture (Zoom H6, lav mics)

• Basic understanding of 

  frame rate choices (24/30/60fps)

   for edit flexibility
• Owns or can access cinema gear (optional; gear can be provided if not)

• Prompt payment on delivery of assets

Compensation:

₹12,000–₹18,000 per day

Travel within NCR reimbursed (if applicable).
