Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Creative Director. The Creative Director will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies, overseeing art direction, and managing branding initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include leading a team of designers, collaborating with marketing and production teams, and ensuring cohesive graphic design elements across all projects. This role is located in Lucknow but allows some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Skills in Creative Direction, Creative Strategy, and Branding
• Experience in Art Direction and Graphic Design
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred
• Experience in a similar role within the creative industry is a plus
