Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Personal Assistant located in Lucknow, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Executive Personal Assistant will support key executives by managing their schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and maintaining their diaries. Additional responsibilities include clerical tasks, assisting in communication, and providing general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the executive's day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Communication and Diary Management skills
  • Competency in Clerical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently and work independently
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred
