About The Role

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager with 5+ years of hands-on experience. This is a freelance, remote position with flexible hours—ideal for independent professionals who can manage end-to-end social media strategy and execution while driving measurable business outcomes.The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating and managing campaigns across multiple platforms, developing engaging content, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies that strengthen brand presence and increase conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage multi-platform social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, graphics, carousels) tailored for each platform.
  • Manage and grow company presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
  • Conduct audience and competitor research to optimize campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
  • Run paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), including setup, targeting, and budget optimization.
  • Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI) and prepare regular reports.
  • Respond to community interactions, comments, and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Stay updated on latest platform algorithms, emerging tools, and social media marketing best practices.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and SEO teams to align messaging and campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience managing professional social media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of major platforms’ algorithms and ad managers.
  • Hands-on experience with social media advertising and analytics.
  • Ability to design, brief, or coordinate graphics, video snippets, and creatives for campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting skills tailored for social engagement.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Strong research skills and ability to adapt messaging for different audience segments.
  • Experience in creating measurable strategies for growth, lead generation, and brand awareness.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and deliver on deadlines.
