Role Objective

Key Responsibilities



1. Government Business Development & Opportunity Enablement


  • Identify upcoming government projects, tenders, empanelments, and institutional opportunities relevant to the organization’s capabilities.
  • Facilitate introductions and access to relevant departments, PSUs, and authorities for business discussions and presentations.
  • Support positioning of the organization for upcoming opportunities through early-stage engagement and relationship-building.



2. Strategic Government Liaison


  • Act as a senior interface between the organization and government stakeholders including ministries, PSUs, regulatory bodies, and state departments.
  • Enable smooth coordination for meetings, presentations, and project discussions with decision-makers.
  • Advise leadership on administrative processes, approval cycles, and institutional protocols.



3. Tender & Opportunity Support (Non-Execution Role)


  • Assist in identifying tenders, RFPs, and project opportunities relevant to the company’s services.
  • Provide strategic inputs for bid positioning, stakeholder mapping, and engagement sequencing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely submission and follow-ups (without direct involvement in procurement decisions).



4. Relationship & Reputation Management


  • Strengthen long-term institutional relationships based on trust, transparency, and professionalism.
  • Represent the organization in official meetings, events, and industry interactions.
  • Maintain strict compliance with ethical standards, government norms, and internal governance.



Ideal Candidate Profile


  • 10–25+ years of experience in government, PSU, or public sector-facing roles
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate high-level introductions and institutional access
  • Strong understanding of government procedures, tendering systems, and administrative workflows
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • High credibility, discretion, and ethical standing
