Do you have industry expertise in Retail Management and Supply Chain Operations ? Are you passionate about training aspiring professionals? We are looking for a Freelance Trainer to deliver structured, practical, and engaging sessions to learners preparing for careers in retail, logistics, and supply chain domains.

Role Overview:

As a Freelance Trainer - Retail & Supply Chain , you will deliver high-quality training sessions, case studies, and simulations focused on modern retail practices, inventory management, procurement, logistics and customer experience strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver sessions on Retail Management , Supply Chain Operations , Logistics , Inventory Management and E-commerce Supply Chains
Explain real-world practices in retail formats, merchandising, distribution, and warehouse management
Design assessments, role-plays, and project-based evaluations
Guide learners to understand end-to-end retail and logistics functions
Stay updated with industry trends, tools and technologies

Requirements:

Bachelors/Master s in Retail, Supply Chain, Operations or related fields
Minimum 2-3 years of industry or training experience
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to simplify concepts using real-life examples

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with tools like SAP, WMS, SCM software or POS systems
Experience in modern trade, organized retail or e-commerce logistics
Experience in online or hybrid teaching platforms

Job Type: Freelance / Part-time / Contract-Based
