Freelance Recruiters

• Partner with Fynd AI’s account managers to understand client hiring needs.

• Source and attract candidates

   using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and personal networks.

• Screen resumes

   and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess suitability.
• Present 

  shortlisted candidates

   to the Fynd AI team and coordinate next steps.
• Ensure a 

  seamless candidate experience

   throughout the hiring journey.
• Collaborate with Fynd AI recruiters and leverage our 

  AI-enhanced tools

   for faster, smarter shortlisting.

• Prior experience in 

  recruitment / talent acquisition / HR consulting

   (agency or freelance).
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently with 

  remote tools

  .
• A good personal/professional network is a plus.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or other job portals is an advantage.
