The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, managing the recruitment process, developing and maintaining a talent pipeline, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms to identify qualified candidates. The role requires a proactive approach to recruitment and excellent communication skills to engage with clients and candidates effectively.
