Flexing It has partnered with Our client is a global professional services firm, and they are looking to engage with a PMO consultant.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Project Management & PMO Support

  – Drive structured tracking and governance of ongoing cost transformation, digital transformation, and other strategic initiatives within the metals/mining domain.

• Performance Monitoring & Value Tracking

  – Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers to measure project outcomes, savings, and overall impact against defined KPIs.

• Stakeholder Coordination

  – Collaborate with business, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely project updates, issue resolution, and alignment with transformation goals.

• Data Analysis & Reporting

  – Analyze project data to identify variances, highlight risks/opportunities, and prepare management-level summaries and presentations.

• Process Improvement & Documentation

  – Standardize project management frameworks, maintain documentation, and support implementation of best practices across the transformation program.

Skills Required

• Strong PMO & Project Management Skills

  – Proven ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and governance processes for large-scale transformation programs.

• Analytical & Value Tracking Expertise

  – Skilled in financial and operational analysis to monitor cost savings, efficiency gains, and project performance.

• Proficiency in Tools & Reporting

  – Hands-on experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably tools like Power BI or project management platforms (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).

• Stakeholder Management

  – Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with senior leadership.

• Domain Understanding

  – Familiarity with metals/mining sector operations, cost structures, and digital transformation frameworks.

• Structured Thinking & Problem-Solving

  – Strong aptitude for identifying improvement areas, driving insights, and supporting decision-making through data-driven analysis.
