Role Description We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Consultant to support integration design, implementation, and maintenance between SuccessFactors and various enterprise systems. The consultant will play a key role in enabling seamless HR data flow , improving system interoperability, and supporting ongoing optimization of HR technology infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Analyze business and technical requirements to design integration solutions Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules with a focus on integration points Develop and manage APIs , middleware , and data connectors for real-time and batch integrations Ensure data security , privacy compliance , and adherence to governance standards Perform integration testing , debugging, and performance tuning Provide technical documentation, support, and training for HR stakeholders Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors product releases and integration tools Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration tools (e.g., SAP CPI, Boomi, Dell Boomi, HCI, SAP Integration Suite) Strong understanding of HR processes and enterprise HRIS/ERP ecosystems Hands-on experience with XML, JSON, OData, REST, and SOAP APIs Ability to work independently on integration lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, and support Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field SAP SuccessFactors certification is a strong plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills
