Are you an experienced medical researcher with strong expertise in systematic reviews and database-driven evidence synthesis? We’re looking for a Freelance Medical Research Specialist to support high-quality academic and clinical research projects through precise data sourcing and extraction.

📌 Role Overview:

As a Freelance Medical Research Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, extracting, and organizing peer-reviewed research data from Scopus and Embase for systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and support academic publications. The role requires strong methodological knowledge, attention to detail, and adherence to PRISMA and scholarly reporting standards.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies in Scopus and Embase

• Perform advanced searches using Boolean operators, field tags, and filters

• Extract bibliographic data and study characteristics into structured Excel templates

• Document complete and reproducible search strategies and reports (PRISMA-compliant)

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and data integrity across all deliverables

• Collaborate with researchers/clients to incorporate feedback and revisions

• Deliver plagiarism-free, publication-ready data sourcing outputs within timelines

🎓 Required Qualifications:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in a medical or health-related discipline

(Medicine, Public Health, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, or related fields)

• Strong understanding of research methodology and evidence synthesis

📚 Experience Requirements:
