Overview

You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.We are seeking a University Rankings Consultant with a proven track record in elevating institutional performance across global ranking frameworks, mainly, THE University Rankings, THE Impact Ranking, QS World University Rankings, QS Arab and Asia Rankings, THE Impact Rankings, etc. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of how the rankings system work (especially THE and QS) and be able to provide directional and data-driven strategy to universities looking to improve their global rankings.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate current university status in terms of its THE, QS, and other global ranking systems.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance performance in global rankings.
- Provide strategy to strengthen institutional standing across academic reputation, research productivity, teaching quality, sustainability, etc.
- Advise on research strategy and collaborations to boost publications, citations, and societal impact.
- Advise on building and managing international collaborations with universities and industry.
Qualifications And Prerequisites
- Advanced degree in Higher Education Management, Research Administration, or related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in QS, THE Impact, and other global rankings with measurable success in improving institutional performance.
- Familiarity with bibliometric tools such as Scopus, SciVal, Web of Science.
- Experience in developing sustainability strategies aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and strategic planning skills.
