Job Description

Build predictive and prescriptive ML models for demand forecasting, supplier risk, inventory optimization, and cost reduction Analyze procurement spend, category performance, and supply chain KPIs to identify improvement opportunities Partner with procurement, supply chain, finance, and digital teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions Develop dashboards, automate insights, and deploy models into production environments Integrate data from ERP/procurement systems and ensure model accuracy, governance, and usability Skills Required Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, ML frameworks, forecasting, optimization, and NLP/GenAI Experience with procurement/supply chain analytics in Pharma or Consumer Goods Knowledge of ERP and procurement tools (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, etc) Strong business acumen, data storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience deploying AI/ML models in real-world environments
