Role Overview:

We are hiring a proactive and enthusiastic Freelance Business Development Executive (BDE) to lead our Training & Development Programs. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about learning solutions and can take charge of business outreach with dedication and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and generate leads for RebuildIndia’s Training & Development offerings

- Reach out to colleges, students, professionals, and institutions

- Pitch training modules and placement-linked programs effectively

- Conduct online meetings and follow-ups with prospects

- Maintain daily reporting and task updates

- Collaborate with internal trainers and support teams

- Ensure availability on weekends for important tasks or meetings

Requirements:

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (Hindi/English)

- Must be responsive and disciplined in follow-ups

- Should have their own laptop and stable internet connection

- Prior sales, marketing, or education sector experience preferred

- Must be committed to working a minimum of 4 hours daily

- Comfortable with remote communication tools like WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
