Franchise Support Executive

As an Assistant in this role, you will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day coordination and communication with franchise partners. You will play a key role in maintaining and updating franchise records, agreements, and documentation. Your duties will also include processing incoming franchise inquiries, supporting the onboarding process, and coordinating with internal departments for franchise support. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing data entry, reporting, and database management for franchise operations. You will be responsible for tracking the compliance of franchisees with brand standards and operational procedures. You will assist in preparing and distributing circulars, guidelines, and SOPs to franchise units, as well as supporting in organizing franchise training sessions, reviews, and meetings. Furthermore, part of your role will involve handling franchise-related queries, escalating issues if required, and ensuring timely resolution. You will be expected to prepare reports related to franchise performance, sales, and operational compliance. Key Skills Required: - Strong coordination and communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Attention to detail and good record-keeping - Ability to multitask and handle administrative tasks efficiently - Familiarity with CRM/ERP tools (preferred) - Team player with a customer-first attitude This is a Full-time, Permanent position requiring 1-3 years of experience.
