Franchise Support Executive

As a Franchise Support Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing end-to-end support to franchise partners, ensuring smooth operations, timely assistance, and fostering strong business relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Acting as the main point of contact for franchise partners and promptly addressing their queries. - Providing operational support to ensure adherence to company processes and standards by franchisees. - Assisting in the onboarding process for new franchise partners and guiding them through necessary documentation and system usage. - Coordinating with internal departments to resolve franchise-related issues. - Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation for all franchise activities. - Monitoring franchise performance and identifying areas for improvement. - Conducting regular follow-ups with franchise partners for updates and feedback. - Supporting training sessions, online demos, and system navigation for franchise partners. - Ensuring all communication with franchisees is professional, timely, and focused on solutions. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic data management. - Ability to multitask and efficiently handle franchise queries. - Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach. - Prior experience in franchise support, customer support, or operations is an added advantage.
