*Work Schedule:* 6 Days a Week | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

*Salary:* 20k to 30k + incentives

* Your Role: Franchise Sales Manager*

We’re looking for a dynamic go-getter who understands the power of brand partnerships and can drive franchise growth across regions.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Lead generation & networking – Identify, attract, and convert prospective franchise partners

Franchise onboarding – Pitch the business model and close the deal confidently

Market research – Understand trends, competitor strategies, and ideal franchise territories

Sales targets – Achieve monthly/quarterly target 5 to 10 lacs franchise target.

Relationship building – Maintain strong relationships with new & existing franchisees

Reporting – Provide regular updates on progress and performance to senior leadership

* Who You Are:*

✔2–5 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or channel sales

✔Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

✔ Confident in creating win-win situations for partners and the brand

✔Experience in the automobile industry is a big plus!

✔ Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision
