Job Description

As a Franchise Manager at Grocery 4U Retail Pvt. Ltd, your role involves identifying and evaluating potential franchise opportunities, developing strategies to expand the franchise network, and building strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees. You will also lead and mentor the franchise development team, set performance targets, and provide training and support to enhance team effectiveness. Additionally, you will develop business plans, conduct market research, and prepare reports and presentations for management review.
