Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Franchise Manager at Rainbow International School. The Franchise Manager will oversee daily operations, develop and implement strategies for franchise growth, ensure compliance with school standards, and provide support to franchisees. Responsibilities also include conducting regular audits, managing relationships with the franchise network, coordinating marketing initiatives, and facilitating training programs. The role requires maintaining a high standard of educational services and fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in franchise management, including strategy development and operations oversight
• Strong organizational, auditing, and compliance skills
• Effective communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Marketing and training program management experience
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Experience in the educational sector is a plus
