Key Responsibilities

· Franchise Development: Identify and pursue potential Clinic franchise leads, present the Deep Ayurveda Clinic franchise model, and negotiate terms to secure new franchise partners.

· Project Management: Oversee the setup and launch of new Exclusive Stores and Ayurveda Clinics, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and timely opening.

· Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with Clinical franchisees, providing guidance on operations, staff training, and brand compliance to maintain high standards.

· Business Growth Support: Develop local marketing strategies and assist franchisees in implementing promotional activities to drive customer engagement and clinic/store success.

· Performance Monitoring: Regularly review Clinic franchise performance metrics, conducting audits to ensure adherence to brand and quality standards, and offering support to resolve operational challenges

Qualifications & Experience

· Education: BA, Bsc, Msc, M-Pharma, B-Pharma, MBA, BAMS, Hospital management,

· Experience: 7–8 years of proven experience in Clinical franchise development and management, preferably within the wellness, healthcare, or retail sectors.

· Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail.

· Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Ayurveda or the wellness industry is highly preferred
