Franchise Manager

You will be joining Globus Overseas Consulting Private Limited, a renowned educational consulting firm established in 2008, specializing in Canadian education. The company has developed strategic partnerships with more than 110 Canadian colleges and universities, along with 400 institutions globally. Our services include comprehensive study abroad consulting, focusing on international student recruitment, visa processing, and pre-departure guidance for Indian students pursuing education in various countries such as Canada, the UK, USA, Australia, Europe, Dubai, and Singapore. With offices in Chandigarh, Ludhiana, and Jalandhar, Globus Consulting is committed to promoting global education and student mobility on a worldwide scale. As a Franchise Manager, you will hold a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh. Your primary responsibility will revolve around managing and supporting the franchise network, ensuring consistent adherence to company policies, and optimizing franchisee performance. Your daily duties will include overseeing franchise operations, delivering training and support to franchisees, identifying and resolving issues, as well as conducting regular audits and evaluations. Additionally, you will be tasked with nurturing strong relationships with franchise partners and facilitating effective communication between franchisees and the corporate headquarters. To excel in this role, you should possess prior experience in Franchise Management, Business Development, or related fields. Strong leadership and team management abilities are crucial, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution is highly valued, and any knowledge of the education industry will be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is required, and a willingness to travel as necessary is expected to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.,
