Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Manager located in Chandigarh. The Franchise Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting the franchise network, ensuring consistent application of company policies, and maximizing franchisee performance. Daily tasks involve monitoring franchise operations, providing training and guidance to franchisees, identifying and resolving issues, and conducting regular audits and evaluations. The role also includes maintaining strong relationships with franchise partners and facilitating communication between franchisees and the corporate office.
