Franchise Development

As a Franchise Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the institute through the identification, development, and management of franchise opportunities. Your main responsibilities will include: - Identifying and evaluating potential markets for franchise expansion. - Generating and qualifying leads for franchise opportunities through networking, events, and market research. - Presenting business models, investment structures, and ROI analysis to potential franchise partners. - Negotiating agreements and ensuring smooth onboarding of new franchisees. - Assisting franchisees with site selection, setup, and compliance with institute standards. - Coordinating with internal teams (marketing, operations, academics) to support franchisee requirements. - Developing and executing franchise growth strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Maintaining strong relationships with existing franchise partners and ensuring their satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - 2-7 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or sales (preferably in the education industry). - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Proven track record of meeting business growth targets. - Ability to travel as required for franchise development activities. - Knowledge of the education/training sector will be an added advantage.
