Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Development Manager based in Goregaon. The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for driving franchise growth, generating new leads, and identifying potential franchise partners. Key duties include presenting business opportunities, creating strategic franchise development plans, and providing training to new franchisees. The role also involves ongoing support to ensure the success of franchise partnerships and maintaining effective networks in the market.

Qualifications

• Skills in Franchise Sales, Franchising, and building franchise networks
• Experience in Business Planning and developing strategic franchise growth plans
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and fostering relationships with potential franchise partners
• Ability to deliver effective Training to onboard and support franchisees
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Experience in financial services or related industries is a strong advantage
