As a Franchise Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the institute through identifying, developing, and managing franchise opportunities. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with potential franchise partners, ensuring brand standards are met, and supporting franchisees through setup and operational success. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate potential markets for franchise expansion. - Generate and qualify leads for franchise opportunities using networking, events, and market research. - Present business models, investment structures, and ROI analysis to potential franchise partners. - Negotiate agreements and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new franchisees. - Assist franchisees with site selection, setup, and compliance with institute standards. - Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, academics) to address franchisee requirements. - Develop and implement franchise growth strategies in alignment with organizational goals. - Maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners to ensure their satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or sales, preferably within the education industry. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Proven track record of achieving business growth targets. - Willingness to travel for franchise development activities. - Knowledge of the education/training sector is considered an advantage.,
