Franchise Development Manager

As a Franchise Development Manager at our institute, your primary responsibility will be to drive growth by identifying, developing, and managing franchise opportunities. This entails establishing strong relationships with potential franchise partners, ensuring brand standards are met, and providing support for their setup and operational success. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and assess potential markets for expanding franchises. - Generate and qualify leads for franchise opportunities through networking, events, and market research. - Present business models, investment structures, and ROI analysis to potential franchise partners. - Negotiate agreements and oversee the smooth onboarding of new franchisees. - Assist franchisees with site selection, setup, and compliance with institute standards. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, academics) to meet franchisee needs. - Monitor and analyze franchise performance to achieve revenue and quality objectives. - Develop and implement franchise growth strategies that align with organizational goals. - Maintain strong relationships with current franchise partners and ensure their satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - At least 7 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or sales (preferably in the education industry). - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. - Demonstrated success in meeting business growth targets. - Willingness to travel for franchise development activities. - Knowledge of the education/training sector is a plus.
