The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic franchise sales plans, identifying potential franchisees, and managing the overall franchise sales process. The role includes lead generation, analyzing business opportunities, evaluating franchise applications, and building strong relationships with both existing and potential franchise partners. The Franchise Development Manager will also play an active role in providing training and support to ensure the success of new franchisees. Qualifications Experience in Franchise Sales and Lead Generation Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic decision-making Strong understanding of Franchising models and operations Ability to develop and deliver training programs for franchisees Effective communication and relationship-building skills Proven ability to meet sales targets and business goals Educational background in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred Prior experience in the franchise or retail industry is an advantage
