Franchise Development Manager

Company Overview:
DC Studio is expanding its franchise network across India. We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to lead franchise development and marketing initiatives in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily:

• Contact and qualify franchise leads assigned by Support Executives.
• Conduct discovery calls to assess investor profile, interest, and financial capacity.
• Share franchise brochure, ROI sheet, and proposal deck with prospects.
• Schedule and conduct one‑on‑one meetings (physical/online) with serious prospects.
• Update Tele‑CRM with notes, status, and next steps after every call/meeting.
• Follow up with warm leads regularly to move them through the decision funnel.

Weekly:

• Conduct a minimum of 8–10 franchise meetings/presentations.
• Submit weekly pipeline report to Franchise Head (leads handled, meetings conducted, closures achieved).
• Coordinate with Support Executives to ensure timely follow‑ups on assigned leads.
• Assist in preparing pitch decks and ROI models tailored to city profiles.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager for city‑specific campaigns.

Monthly/Strategic:

• Achieve assigned monthly franchise closure targets.
• Identify new cities or clusters with potential investors.
• Represent DC Studio in franchise fairs, exhibitions, or roadshows.
• Provide competitor insights and investor feedback to Franchise Head.
• Contribute to strategies for faster closures and improved conversion ratios.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to travel for meetings, fairs, and exhibitions.
