Franchise Development Manager

As a part of the team, your role will involve identifying possible points of sale and strategizing the channelization of product sales. You will be responsible for identifying revenue generation opportunities, assessing profitability, and ensuring the sustainability of revenue. Your duties will also include onboarding franchise points while adhering to ethical and regulatory guidelines, as well as maintaining and managing relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Identify possible points of sale - Socialize and scrutinize points of sale to enhance product sales - Assess revenue mobilization and evaluate the profitability and sustainability of revenue - Onboard franchise points following ethical and regulatory guidelines - Manage and maintain relationships effectively Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in sales or business development - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Familiarity with ethical and regulatory guidelines in franchising The company offers full-time, permanent, and contractual/temporary job types with a contract length of 12 months. You will work day shifts from Monday to Friday at the in-person work location. In addition, you can look forward to a quarterly bonus, with an expected start date of 06/06/2025.,
