Research Topic and Significance
The central research focus of this PhD position is the characterization of T cell receptor (TCR) and B cell receptor (BCR) repertoires in vaccine-induced immune responses following CD40-targeted immunization. The ACCELERATES Laboratory at VRI/Inserm U955, under the leadership of Prof. Godot and Prof. Lévy, is dedicated to developing innovative CD40-targeting subunit vaccines for major infectious diseases such as SARS-CoV-2, HPV, Nipah virus, and HIV-1.
