As a Finance Manager at Tractable, you will play a crucial role in budgeting and forecasting, business analysis, KPI tracking, and system optimization. You will report to the Finance Director in London and collaborate with colleagues globally to drive financial insights and process improvements. Here's a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications: **Role Overview:** You will be the sole FP&A specialist at Tractable, combining core FP&A tasks with business partnering and system projects. Your role will involve budgeting, forecasting, KPI analysis, and process enhancement. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Budgeting & Forecasting:** - Support the annual budgeting process - Lead quarterly re-forecasting cycles - Build and maintain financial models - Provide insights into revenue, margin, opex, and cash flow drivers - **Business Analysis & KPIs:** - Develop and track financial and operational KPIs - Review spend vs budget with budget owners - Prepare management, investor, and board-level reports - Provide ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives - **Reporting & Systems:** - Support accounting team in delivering accurate financial statements - Optimize reporting and dashboards in Netsuite - Automate budget monitoring processes - Drive process improvements for finance function efficiency **Qualifications Required:** - **A strong financial foundation:** 5+ years of FP&A or management accounting experience with understanding of accounting principles. - **Scale-up mindset:** Experience in fast-paced tech environments. - **Deep analytical skillset:** Advanced financial modeling skills with attention to detail. - **Tech-savvy:** Comfortable with financial tools like NetSuite and adept at process automation. - **A collaborative spirit:** Effective communicator and able to partner confidently with non-finance teams. - **A proactive approach:** Self-starter who takes ownership and enjoys working autonomously.
