Roles and Responsibilities:

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Prepare the companys yearly budget.
• Make financial forecasts for banks, investors, and management.
• Keep projections updated and accurate.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly MIS reports for management.
• Do financial analysis to explain differences between plan and actuals.
• Study business trends and highlight any risks or issues.
• Review GL trends to identify discrepancies

Decision Support

• Provide financial insights to help management make better decisions.
• Work on product costing and pricing to ensure good profitability.
• Suggest ways to increase profits and reduce costs.

Cashflow Management

• Prepare regular cashflow forecasts.
• Help ensure the company has enough funds for operations.

Teamwork with Management

• Work closely with senior leaders to find opportunities to save money and grow profits.
• Support evaluation of new projects or initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Commerce background (B.Com or equivalent); MBA/CA/ICWA is a plus.
• 610 years of experience in FP&A or financial management, ideally within manufacturing
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial modeling
• Proficient in financial analysis, trend analysis, product costing, and pricing strategy
• Proven ability to support strategic decisions through actionable financial insights
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
