FP&A Manager

We are seeking an FP&A Reporting Manager to be a part of our growing FP&A team, reporting to the Head of FP&A. This integral role involves analyzing financials and sales/operational data for various business lines across six global sites. You will evaluate department performance, provide budget & forecast variance analysis, and contribute to enhancing business performance. Additionally, you will develop new models & reports and present assumptions for strategic scenarios to the management team. Your responsibilities will include owning the monthly VFX Management Information Pack, managing the FP&A month-end timetable, mapping SAP transactions for management reporting, conducting variance analysis against budget and forecasts, creating KPI Dashboards, and presenting key highlights to the Head of FP&A and CAO. You will also manage VFX Budget & Forecast processes, define the annual FP&A timetable, and analyze risks and opportunities to target achievement. Key Requirements: - Qualified with MBA/CIMA / ACA / ACCA or equivalent with 6+ years PQE experience - Proficient in managing FP&A processes and timetables - Skilled in Budgeting & Forecasting - Experience in designing business models and dashboards - Familiarity with multinational organizations and multiple business lines - Advanced Excel and modeling abilities - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Commercial mindset with robust analytical skills Desired Skills: - Experience with SAP, Workday, Anaplan, and BI software About You: - Bright, meticulous, and organized - Proactive, initiative-taking, and analytical - Clear communicator and influencer - Collaborative and calm under pressure - Solution-oriented and practical in problem-solving - Experience in process and automation improvements This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the reporting and forecasting functions of our business, shaping communication processes and report presentations.
