Founding Director – Sales


This is not a typical sales job. It’s a founding role that combines strategic thinking, individual contribution, and high-ownership execution. You’ll work directly with the founding team, take full charge of growth in a region or segment, and scale a predictable, high-quality revenue engine.

🧠 What You’ll Own

  • Own the entire sales lifecycle — from outbound to close — in your assigned region or vertical
  • Identify and engage decision-makers at consulting firms, system integrators, enterprises, and startups
  • Articulate how our AI-powered platform solves key talent pain points and offers unmatched speed and quality
  • Collaborate with delivery and sourcing teams to craft tailored proposals
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Help shape the GTM strategy and continuously optimize for performance
  • Drive the motion from early traction to scalable revenue — with full ownership and autonomy


✅ Who Should Apply

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in IT staffing, enterprise talent sales, or B2B service sales
  • Strong track record of closing mid-to-large deals and achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
  • Strategic thinker who can operate independently, but also roll up sleeves to execute
  • Excited about working in a fast-paced, high-trust startup
  • Bonus: experience selling to international clients in the U.S., U.K., or Europe


💰 Compensation

  • Minimal base salary to begin with
  • Highly attractive incentive structure — your monthly compensation will be directly tied to sales performance
  • For top performers, total earnings can range from INR 2L to 10L+ per month, depending on performance.

    This role is designed for high ownership, high accountability individuals who want to directly impact growth and be rewarded for outcomes.

  • This role is not suited for candidates expecting a high starting salary without results or ownership
