About the role

Content & Design Creator (Social + Blog)

Location: Pune (Hybrid)


Splorio is hiring a full‑stack content creator who can take an idea from “hmm” to posted + performing.

This isn’t a planning-only or copywriting-only role. It’s an end‑to‑end creator role with high visibility, working closely with Splorio’s founders to build:

• Splorio’s brand voice (parents + preschools)

• Founders’ personal brands (LinkedIn + Instagram)

• A consistent website blog that compounds over time

What you’ll do

Social (LinkedIn + Instagram)

• Create high‑quality posts and carousels (design + copy) for Splorio’s brand accounts.

• Write and publish founder-led content (thoughtful, opinionated, human) that strengthens Splorio’s credibility.

• Turn messy raw inputs (voice notes, bullet points, call notes, user stories) into scroll‑stopping content.

• Build repeatable formats: "Parent myth vs reality”, “What to do in the moment” micro‑scripts, “Founder POV” posts, “School lens” posts for teachers/admins, “Research → simple takeaway” cards

• Spot trending formats, hooks, memes, and audio early and adapt them tastefully for a family + education audience.


Blog (Splorio website)

• Write SEO-friendly, high‑trust blog posts that parents and schools actually search for.

• Collaborate with founders to turn domain expertise into structured articles (clear headings, examples, actionable steps).

• Maintain an editorial pipeline: drafts → review → publish → repurpose into social.

Founder platforms (personal brands)

• Own the content loop for founders’ personal accounts: content ideation, ghostwriting, carousel creation, publishing cadence, community engagement prompts and comment templates

• Ensure content strengthens the company brand without sounding like corporate marketing.

Execution + ops

• Maintain a lightweight content system:

◦ monthly themes

◦ weekly shipping targets

◦ a reusable template library (hooks, carousel layouts, CTA styles)

• Coordinate with product/design/engineering to share product updates as stories (not feature dumps).

• Track performance and iterate: saves, shares, watch time, profile visits, leads.


You’re a great fit if you

• Can write in a voice that’s warm, smart, and modern—without being cringe.

• Have taste in design: you can make carousels that look clean and premium.

• Know how to grab attention in the first 1–2 seconds/lines.

• Can work independently and ship fast (high output, low drama).

• Understand what works on at least two of: LinkedIn, Instagram, blogs/SEO.

• Are comfortable being “the content person” in a fast‑moving startup.


Skills & tools we expect

• Writing: strong hooks, clarity, structure, editing.

• Design: Canva (or Figma/Adobe optional), layout sense, typography basics.

• Content ops: Notion/Sheets for pipeline tracking.

• SEO basics: keyword intent, headings, internal linking, simple on‑page hygiene.

• Bonus: basic video editing (Reels/TikToks style) using CapCut/VN/Premiere Rush.


Bonus points if you’ve

• Built a page/channel/community from scratch.

• Managed social for a club, startup, or personal project.

• Written long‑form content that ranks or gets consistently shared.

• Created content for parenting, education, mental health, or consumer apps.

• Tried to make something go viral (and learned what worked).
