As a Full-time employee in Jaipur with a minimum of 1 year of experience, your role will involve developing and implementing the organisation's overall strategy. This includes identifying and prioritising opportunities, setting goals & objectives, and allocating resources effectively. You will also be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the organisation, such as managing the calendar, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails. Additionally, your role will entail supporting the founders in growing new teams with a strategic direction and refined operating model.
