As a highly strategic and execution-focused individual, your role at 10xConstruction.ai will involve working directly with the Founder/CEO on critical business functions such as sales, marketing, partnerships, and product initiatives. Your ambition as a generalist with a strong business mindset and problem-solving skills will be key to navigating the fast-paced startup environment effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support sales efforts, customer engagement, and lead generation strategies to drive sales & business growth. - Work closely on positioning 10xConstruction.ai in the AI and robotics ecosystem through thought leadership, partnerships, and strategic content initiatives for branding & content strategy. - Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry players, research institutions, and ecosystem enablers for partnerships & ecosystem development. - Assist in building and scaling the team, managing recruitment efforts, and ensuring a strong employer brand for hiring & talent strategy. - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning to refine and optimize go-to-market strategies for product & market strategy. - Support cross-functional projects, including investor relations and internal process improvements for operational execution. **Qualifications and Skills:** - 14 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, venture building, or high-growth startups. Prior experience in AI, robotics, deep tech, or construction technology is a plus. - Strong understanding of sales and growth strategies demonstrating business acumen. - Ability to take ownership of projects, drive execution, and thrive in ambiguity being execution-driven. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies showcasing analytical & strategic thinking. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in executive presentations, investor updates, and external communications for communication & stakeholder management. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, wearing multiple hats as needed displaying adaptability.,
