What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the Founder & CEO across high-stakes business problems and strategic priorities.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across operations, product, finance, and growth — from 0 to 1.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business modeling to support critical decisions.
• Help define and track key metrics across departments and create dashboards to monitor company health.
• Collaborate with leadership to define OKRs, GTM strategies, and internal systems/processes.
• Own special projects — from strategic partnerships and fundraising support to internal culture and hiring.

Who You Are

• A first-principles thinker with hustle in your DNA.
• Excellent written & verbal communicator with strong business acumen.
• Analytical with a comfort for ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to wear multiple hats.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Prior experience in early-stage startups, strategy consulting, VC, or product roles is a bonus.
